Counselling or therapy can help you to deal with: a mental health condition such as depression or anxiety, a difficult life event such as a bereavement or the breakdown of an important relationship, difficult emotions such as low self-esteem or anger, or the diagnosis of a life changing medical condition. I can offer support through talking therapies such as Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Practice.
